Q. IF IT RAINS AND I HAVE MADE A COURT BOOKING CAN I GET A REFUND?
A. Yes. The easiest option is to just re-book at a new time. To do this you can simply email our office at email@example.com and we will move it for you. If you want a refund please email us and we can also do this. Please be aware your refund will have any fees taken off it.
Q. CAN WE REGISTER IN A LESSON AFTER THE TERM HAS STARTED?
A. Yes, late registrations can be done either directly from our website or by calling the office.
Q. WHEN WILL MY CHILD RECEIVE THEIR HOT SHOTS SHIRTS?
A. If this is your childs first term with us you will receive your shirt over the last two weeks of the term. If your child is not new you may also receive a Hot shots shirt upon request.
Q. DOES REMAR TENNIS HAVE AN ELITE PERFORMANCE PLATFORM TO TAKE MY CHILD TO THE TOP?
A. Yes. If you think your youngster has what it takes to become great or if your child is already playing tournaments please contact our office and we can give you a free trial in one of our RT Pro Platinum or Gold Squads.
Q. WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY INVOICE?
A. If you are a new student joining the Remar Tennis Academy you should have received an email with your invoice within one week of joining. If you have not received an invoice please contact our office immediately.
Q. WHY IS MY CHILD’S LESSON IN CHILDCARE DIFFERENT TO THE EMAIL YOU SENT US?
A. Each week the coach has a set lesson play they are to follow to make sure your child get’s the most out of their tennis lessons. Due to the young age of the children the coach may change the lesson plan from week to week depending on what they feel is going to work best.
Q. WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS AND ITS NOT A CHILDCARE CENTER?
A. We will allow you to take a maximum of two lessons per term away from your tennis unless an arrangement can be made before. For these two lessons we can credit you for next term or refund. Please note if you don’t attend the lesson and you don’t notify us you will be charged.
Q. DO YOU STRING RACQUETS?
A. Yes. We provide stringing services starting from $40.00 and the turnaround for this request is 2 business days. If you have your own string our service fee will be $20.00.
Q. DO YOU HAVE TENNIS OVER THE HOLIDAY?
A. Yes. Please view our website and half way down on the front page is our latest holiday programs.
Q. DO YOU SELL ANY RACQUETS OR BALLS?
A. Yes. We sell all types of kids and some adult racquets they start at 19inch and the cost if you play tennis with us is $15 otherwise this racquet will cost you $20.00.
